Portfolio Management Process Owner

Job Summary
With direction and guidance, responsible for assisting the Portfolio Management team with process definition, standardization and implementation across ~60 portfolios. Assist teams in partnering with individual Portfolio stakeholders to drive consistency in framework application, tooling support, needs identification, and accountability. Possess knowledges of each group’s technical capabilities, systems, processes, etc. and applies that knowledge to daily interactions between business owners, technology leads, and impacted teams.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in Portfolio identification for new work requests.

• Analyze submitted data while identifying impacted teams, tools, systems, compliance/regulatory impacts and processes (including architecture and security).

• Engages with stakeholder groups and related Technology Implementation teams (Portfolio Leaders, Project Management/Delivery teams, and Tools stakeholders) to develop and evolve Portfolio Management framework.

• Ability to work with teams across disparate methods of delivery (Agile, waterfall, etc.).

• Support legacy centralized work “intake” process and application until a new process is established and implemented.

• Embrace continuous learning to drive increased efficiencies process and tool improvements.

• Participate in architecture and security process modifications.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

• Proficient use of PC software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Functional knowledge of Atlassian tools

• Ability to adapt and pivot in finding new ways to work

• Ability to manage an action item log and follow up on open items

• Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams

Required Education
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience. A certificate in related field (e.g. CSM, PMP, etc.)

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in Product or Technology - 2+
Experience with Jira and Clarity - 1+
Data analytic experience - 1+

The pay for this position has a salary range of $65,300.00 to $104,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
