    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: Cable operations or telecommunications call center

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

    • Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general intranet navigation

    • Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, organization, and time management
