WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Experience: Cable operations or telecommunications call center
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Technical Skills: Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general intranet navigation
Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, organization, and time management
