BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Application Developer on the Telemetry team, you’ll be responsible for building moderate to complex products and features that help identify faults in the cable plant that assist
employees in correcting faults efficiently and expediently.

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex products for users.
Influence system design.
Develop software systems to support Spectrum business initiatives.
Collaborate with project /development teams to ensure quality function, features and user experience.
Mentor peers in developing their skillsets.

Required Qualifications
Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of software development experience with a focus on continuous delivery and deployment, enterprise application development, cloud automation, and building a container-hosting platform.
2+ years of JavaScript programming experience.
A track record with Docker containers with a deep understanding of the current container ecosystem and marketplace.
Experience building applications using micro-services.
Experience in Hadoop, tsdb, elastic search ( ELK stack ) , kudu / impala, devops ( sysadmin), networking knowledge, AMQP (rabbit) is helpful.
Understanding of Software design patterns, SDLC, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Good understanding of adding monitoring and observability support in micro-services.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
