JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Market Intelligence is focused on maximizing the company’s competitive performance and market share for both the residential business and the small-to-medium sized business (SMB) segments, focusing on select competitors including wireline and wireless/fixed wireless providers and mobile operators. With a rigorous discipline around market-level investigation and intelligence gathering, verification of externally-sourced data, and analysis and reporting, members of the Market Intelligence team are the company’s subject matter experts on local market dynamics and the competitive landscape in each of the communities we serve. Reports to the Director of Market Intelligence.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
MBA preferred
Related Work Experience
Consumer marketing /sales experience; 6-7 years
Certifications and/or Licenses
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Related Work Experience
Experience in cable television / telecommunications or a related field with a recurring revenue stream SMB experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work in Stamford CT office
Travel as required
