**EDUCATION/**REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience utilizing technical knowledge of IT in coding, testing, and design. 1 year of experience: utilizing ITSM software including Cherwell, ServiceNow, or Remedy to develop workflows and other enhancements according to customers' requirements; troubleshooting IT applications including debugging, testing, and installing; and any combination of experience using basic functions of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
