BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Supplier Enablement Lead, you'll be responsible for working with Spectrum Category Managers and Business Units, current Spectrum suppliers and future Spectrum suppliers to understand and document existing supplier enablement and management processes in order to define the scope, responsibilities, methodology and approach required to enable the supplier base on the Ariba P2P platform. Additionally, the Supplier Enablement Lead is responsible for defining the scope, responsibilities, methodology and approach required to enable and maintain catalogs on the Ariba P2P platform. As a member of the Procurement Team, the Supplier Enablement Lead serves as an Ariba Solutions expert on supplier and catalog enablement and management. They are responsible for evaluating business process policies, formulating recommendations for policy change related to supplier and catalog management and obtaining approval for any policy change.
WHAT OUR SUPPLIER ENABLEMENT LEADS ENJOY MOST
Creating Supplier Enablement and Catalog Management strategy, policy and procedures.
Building solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Spectrum and externally via Ariba/industry resources).
Synthesizing learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and/or sound reasoning.
Appling a broad knowledge of spend management applications/solutions.
Establishing credibility as a conduit for supplier and catalog expertise with customers (https://e.g., positive customer feedback).
Working with the Procurement Lead and other functional areas to determine what resources/skills are needed (https://e.g., accounts payable, legal, category managers, IT).
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with "Big 5" consulting firms or comparable in systems implementation, process re-engineering or a related discipline - 3-5 years
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Telecommunications or cable industry experience
Experience with Ariba solutions
Working Conditions
Hybrid Schedule - Three in-office days weekly

The pay for this position has a salary range of $67,https://100.00 to $107,https://300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
