Who You Are

  • 7+ years in Value Consulting, Value Management, Value Engineering, Management Consulting, Solutions Consulting, or Success Management
  • Experience building quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with attention to detail
  • Experience presenting data and findings to clients and/or executive audiences
  • Self-starter with demonstrated flexibility and creativity when facing challenging problems or projects; ability to adjust to changing priorities of a quarterly cycle
  • Highly analytical and well-organized, in both thought process and mindset
  • A storyteller, passionate about helping customer identify and activate strategic business objectives
  • Collaborative and open; hungry for feedback and mentoring
  • Passionate, innovative, and avidly curious about deriving insights from data
  • Comfortable with juggling multiple projects at one time and prioritizing as needed
  • Right / left brain balanced
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, and/or field focused on quantitative analysis (e.g. mathematics, engineering, sciences) preferred, but not required

What We Need

The Business Value Group plays an essential role at Sprinklr, as the owners of our value framework across pre-sales & post-sales. In this role, you will help to reduce sales cycle length, improve win rates, and expand deal size by performing the following duties:

  1. Support 1-2 of Sprinklr’s Americas Large Enterprise Sales Divisions by providing consultative/strategic thought leadership and business value training to scale self-service
  2. Execute custom Business Value Assessments for strategic deals that have niche use cases, new products, multiple business units, etc.
  3. Own Sprinklr’s value framework by constantly innovating our value models and maintaining close relationships with Product, Success, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting

In other words, the team’s mandate is to enable sales and success to quantify the business impact that Sprinklr can provide for prospects/current customers by understanding the current state of operations and articulating the benefits of Sprinklr’s product suite.

Responsibilities: 

Divisional Management

  • Support 1-2 of Sprinklr’s Americas Large Enterprise sales divisions
  • Work closely with Divisional Vice President & Solutions Consultant Lead to develop value-led engagement strategies and attach business value to every opportunity
  • Report & benchmark on business value governance across divisions
  • Educate and train account teams on using our proprietary business value tools to build self-service business cases across sales and success

Custom Support on Strategic Deals

  • Act as a key member of the account team with account executives, solutions consultants, success managers, and sales leadership to develop value-led engagement strategies
  • Create custom Business Value Assessments for our customers and prospects that demonstrate the value Sprinklr provides based on required capabilities
  • Attend client meetings and conduct in-depth discovery on strategic objectives, current state vs. future state, pain points, gaps in technology, etc.
  • Present results of Business Value Assessment to a range of audiences; including C-Suite,  practitioners, IT, procurement

Pre-Sales & Post Sales Value Framework Management

  • Master of Sprinklr product suite with the ability to constantly iterate and improve our value model; including ideating new formulas as new features are rolled out
  • Manage & update our proprietary business value tool to enable self-service
  • Lead strategic internal projects related to Sprinklr’s value framework and measurement
  • Keep up with an aggressive training schedule & maintain up-to-date Sprinklr product certifications
  • Subject Matter Expert of one of Sprinklr’s core products; cross-team collaboration with Product, Success, Product Marketing & greater Solutions Consulting team
