Senior Manager Performance Marketing
Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for developing and managing the digital demand strategy to support Sprinklr’s marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher channels. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a genuine curiosity for testing new and innovative approaches to generate demand and will take a data-driven approach to drive product trials/inquiries and meet pipeline goals from digital campaigns.
Define our overall paid demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher channels.
Be a key driver of digital marketing’s strategic pillars of automation, personalization, rethinking measurement, and accelerated learning.
Develop and own a framework for managing audiences across channels
Leverage the customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs that will lead customer prospects from Trial or inquiry > MQL > SAO > closed won
Plan and deploy media budgets across various channels, segments, and regions in order to help Sales meet their pipeline goals
Drive innovation and experimentation in our demand generation programs to improve our demand creation & conversion
Lead efforts and strategy with our ad tech vendors and agencies to proactively test and improve demand generation campaigns.
Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Web, and Analytics teams to identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities based on expected impact.
Partner with Analytics team to establish measurement framework for digital media campaigns that map to the program goals
Work with the relevant marketing teams to influence conversion rate optimization strategies around onsite content and site structure
Effectively communicate campaign strategy, plans, and performance across key stakeholders and executives
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, B2B background preferred.
Deep understanding of Google Ads, Paid Social, Display, DV 360 or other DSPs.
Experience in running marketing campaigns at scale across multiple platforms/geographies
Self-starter who’s tech-savvy and proactively looks for new initiatives and take smart risks
Should have the persistence to drill down into problems until a solution is found.
Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics using Google Analytics / Segment and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to build, manage and grow a team of functional experts
