    Position summary

    Job Summary

    To work within the Training Team that sits within the Customer Success department to manage a number of schools and guide them through their onboarding process, collaborating closely with, and booking training sessions for the Trainers.

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage a number of schools throughout their onboarding process
    • Make outbound and receive inbound calls and emails to existing customers and secure good quality training session bookings by identifying the customers’ needs and requirements.
    • Input all valuable information on the CRM system regarding the customer by capturing the email address and decision-maker contact details along with the training session details.
    • Work to agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) appointment bookings and call targets to make sure the business targets are met.
    • Cross sell/upsell at available opportunities
    • Ensure customer queries are passed to the relevant role within the company for resolution.

    Role requirements

    • Have a confident telephone manner and solid communication skills (particularly verbal) and be able to communicate with confidence at all levels of business.
    • Be comfortable making calls to businesses, handle objections and think creatively to overcome rejections.
    • Build strong relationships with customers over the phone.
    • Confidence to be able to contribute towards team meetings using creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Thrive working under pressure.
    • Have a self-disciplined approach and strong motivation to succeed.
    • Always ensure adherence to GDPR standards and to company Data Protection standards at all times.

    Education and Experience 

    • One years’ experience in either telesales or telemarketing 
    • At least a grade ‘C’ in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent 
    • Familiarity with the education sector would be useful, although not essential. 

    Computer Skills

    • Good IT skills with thorough knowledge of programs such as MS Word and Excel (formulas)
