    This is a position that requires someone who has a can-do attitude, is high energy, personable, and incredibly organized! You’ll assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which require ingenuity and innovation. Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you’ll be managing the administrative needs of several executives.

    The Executive Assistant position is responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support for several executives across the organization. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reports, working with a team of other Executive Assistants, arranging team events and offsites, and other special projects and tasks as necessary. This role will be based in the San Francisco office with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages executive availability and commitments to ensure clear priorities and optimum use of executive time

    • Effectively organizes, drives and controls virtual and face-to-face meetings such that agenda and action items are clearly understood by participants, and meeting outcomes are productive

    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach

    • Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously and proactively

    • Regularly interacts with other Executive Assistants located in the Lehi and San Francisco Offices in an effective and productive manner

    • Assists with the tactical aspects of new employee onboarding for leadership positions

    • Partners to drive and coordinate employee engagement opportunities

    • Maintains records, analyzes data, and generates reports for executive team 

    • Supports other departments as needed

    • Schedules executive appointments and meetings, including coordination of travel and meals/events

    • Calendar maintenance for leaders

    • Answers/Screens/Routes telephone calls

    • Prepares and manages expense reports

    • Organizes, prepares and edits executive presentations

    • Ensures that guests receive a best-in-class impression and experience

    • Manages and coordinates department functions, ie All Hands meetings, leadership offsites, etc.

    • Arranges offsite events and travels with the team periodically

    Qualifications 

    • Requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting executive level teams.

    • Very strong organizational and computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite).

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization from C-Suite to individual contributor.

    • Experience with managing multiple executives and responsibilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively in both an autonomous and team centric environment.

    • Must be able to effectively communicate and support leaders in a remote capacity.

    • Ability to collaborate collegially with peers in other companies, divisions or departments as required to ensure effective program/project management, and responsive administrative coordination.

    • Understands and applies program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goals.

    Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

    $87,473.00 to $116,630.00

    Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.  Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
