Lead Generation CEE Representative

Overview

The Clean Energy Expert (CEE) Lead Generation Representative makes outbound and inbound calls to sales leads through the company customer relationship management software (CRM). They verify and qualify the lead information form and confirm the lead’s interest in speaking to solar installers in their area. CEE is a performance-based culture where hard work and success is rewarded with both a strong compensation plan and opportunities for further career growth.

Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers inquiring about solar energy products and services, and disposes the lead based on outcome of the call.

• Utilizes the quality control script and overcomes objections with integrity.

• Verifies and updates information on lead form as needed

• Meets performance metrics defined by management.

• Utilizes company Google chat and email for internal communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months of prior call center experience

• Spanish preferred

• Remote role that requires reliable high-speed internet connection 

• Excellent customer service

• Professional phone conduct

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic

• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and some holidays

The starting salary/wage for this opportunity is:

$15.00

Current On Target Earning estimate is $50,000 annually

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.  Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
