Overview
Sunrun is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance/Legal Team. We are looking for a solid teammate to assist in building our outbound call auditing function, to help assist in investigations that arise as well as compile reports on findings. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Compliance.
Responsibilities
Audit outbound “Verification Calls” to ensure compliance on all internal policies is met to a high degree
Compile reports of audit findings
Assist in internal investigations concerning violations of company policies and standards
Prepare and maintain accurate logs, complete reports, and other documentation relating to audits
Maintain confidentiality and organization of files of investigations conducted and information received
Communicate with other departments to discover trends/patterns that need to be addressed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to details and accuracy
Adept at spotting trends and patterns and working with data
Ability to navigate stressful and difficult situations and conversations and pushback when required
Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
Fluent in information technology, software, and systems, including the Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and databases. SalesForce experience is a plus
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance experience preferred.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$66,661.00 to $83,353.00
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
