Video Content Producer

You'll work directly with our creative director, video team, business partners and customers to collaborate and problem solve across a wide-range of video projects. We move fast and dream big, so good communication, project management skills, and a sense of humor are all a must. Here's what you'll do as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address objectives and strategies with our business partners

• Help us develop outlines for new projects

• Work with the Creative Team to prepare logistics, scheduling, and travel arrangements for in-person and remote shoots

• Handle multiple projects at a time across different phases of production with strong multitasking skills

• Effectively communicate ongoing project status and manage relationships

Production

• Independently lead and direct production crews in the field

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of production tools and processes

• Remotely film interviews and other video content using remote production equipment

Post-Production

• Guide projects through post-production with our directors and editors

• Work directly with clients through the post-production process to manage timelines, expectations, feedback, revisions, delivery, and project close out.

Qualifications

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an "owner's mindset"

• Continually ideate and produce exceptional video with a high level of creativity

• Stay updated on all social media trends and algorithms

• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales teams, and marketing teams

• 2+ years of experience working with production teams

• Ability to contribute ideas, plan with accuracy, and own projects from start to finish

• Excellent organizational skills

• Solid understanding of audio and video equipment

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$51,552.11 to $68,736.15

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
