This fixed-term contract role will sit within the Oceania Supply Chain Fulfillment team and support the Supply functional area for the Australia and New Zealand Domestic business unit. The end-to-end role will have responsibility to plan and coordinate all activities relating to supply and inventory. Utilizing existing reporting tools and processes the successful candidate will continually analyse and offer recommended actions relating to all areas of supply and inventory management (FG and Bulk portfolios), both internally and with our co-manufacturing partners. In addition, the role will play an integral role in supporting our project to bring Suntory Oceania to life through supporting the implementation of all supply and inventory ways of working and processes with our new co-manufacturing partner.
The Supply & Inventory Analyst will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders including Beam Suntory's co-manufacturing and distribution partners, as well as internal cross-functional global and local teams across AU and NZ.
This will be a great opportunity for a strong and capable Analyst that has a background in supply and inventory disciplines, and project management.
The role will report directly into the Senior Logistics & Supply Manager - Oceania.
Role Responsibilities
Be the lead for all Supply related planning & analytical tasks, including:
Initiate and submit detailed Inventory projections, analytics and optimisation processes, internally and collaboratively with our co-manufacturing partners
Plan inventory targets and supply allocation volumes and ensure timely and accurate reporting to identify any potential variances to plan
Manage monthly reporting for CCEP and customers and ensure clarity on variances to plan are understood
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Required previous experience in Supply and Inventory Planning (ideally 3-year min) and/or Business Analyst
Able to complete analytics in Excel is a must, experience in SAP Planning modules (APO, IBP) and SAP / BW would be beneficial
FMCG/alcohol background desirable but not critical
Tertiary qualification preferable

Strong organization and demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks according to business needs
