    Surescripts serves the nation through simpler, trusted health intelligence sharing, in order to increase patient safety, lower costs and ensure quality care. We deliver insights at critical points of care for better decisions — from streamlining prior authorizations to delivering comprehensive medication histories to facilitating messages between providers.
     

    Job Summary

    The Alliance Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the channel marketing strategy for specific partners to support the growth of the business. The role is responsible for demand creation activities through the channel and works with partners to develop, execute or measure joint marketing plans and activities. The Alliance Partner Marketing Manager works closely with partners and Customer Group to create and execute innovative and strategic channel activities that increase awareness, generate partner leads, build pipeline and sales opportunities and drive adoption and utilization. This role also supports and delivers partner enablement and engagement activities. #LI-REMOTE

    R****esponsibilities

    • Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that help channel partners achieve growth objectives moving their customers through the Surescripts “Steps to Value” including Penetration, Adoption and Utilization

    • Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate growth.

    • Collaborate on the development of scalable channel marketing assets with internal teams and outside agencies.

    • Plan, develop, execute and measure all channel marketing efforts including through partner and for-partner activities aligned to the organization’s channel priorities and sales objectives.

    • Ensure lead generation and demand creation targets for all channel marketing activities are forecasted, planned for and met; this includes establishing lead generation metrics with partners against joint marketing plans.

    • Build co-marketing plans with designated partners in support of their growth targets.

    • Measure, analyze and report on channel marketing pipeline-building activities to determine their contribution to marketing effectiveness/ROI.

    • Actively seek and create joint customer success stories to showcase best practices and demonstrate strong partner relationships.

    • Work with partners to deliver high-quality marketing activities that drive targeted demand creation.

    • Drive awareness and enablement programs that inform partners of the latest campaigns, solution offerings, partner wins and tools that the organization is creating to help them grow their businesses.

    • Develop and manage partner engagement activities (e.g. partner events, to-partner communications, partner training).

    Q****ualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    • 5+ years of B-to-B marketing experience required.

    • 3+ years of experience working within channel marketing and/or supporting partners.

    • Marketing experience and a strong understanding of indirect B-to-B channels.

    • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

    • Data and analytical skills.

    • Marketing and demand creation experience.

    • Joint partner planning experience.

    • Project management skills.

    • Process oriented with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy, PBM or Health Plan segments experience

    • Demand creation in a B-to-B environment

    • B-to-B buying process and marketing in an indirect channel environment

    • Partner business models and requirements

    • Scalable, repeatable approaches to partner enablement and engagement

    • Marketing deliverables, tools and resources

    • Common channel partner marketing processes

    At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $104,827 - $128,121 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
