Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as Associate Manager Analytics. As an Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service delivery. Associate Managers in this role get to: Guiding the team- Lead the team each day to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.   Strengthening relationships- Establish and maintain solid communication with clients and team members understand needs, resolve issues, and exceed expectations. Increasing Morale- Ensure effective motivational programs are in place and recognitions are frequently earned. Impacting the bottom line- Develop solid and effective strategies through analysis of reports and employee reviews to maintain and exceed expectations. Our most successful candidates will have:  - Hands-on experience with strong technical skills on SQL PLSQL,  SQL Server. - Ability to guide the technical team on Sql Server(Dynamic SQL queries). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must - Skills on SQL PLSQL   - SQL Server  - Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage. - Working experience in the Agile SCRUM methodologies. - 8-10 years of experience at work - B.E B.Tech M.C.A
