Seeking an experienced Software Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in quality assurance, testing methodologies, test automation, and have experience working with policy administration system implementations in the insurance domain. This position requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Junit, or Cucumber.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
Understanding of software security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test cases and test plans for policy administration system implementations.
Create and maintain automated test suites to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Work collaboratively with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
Provide ongoing support to ensure software quality and performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Design and execute performance testing and load testing of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets requirements and is delivered on time.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong technical skills in quality assurance, testing methodologies, test automation, and Agile development.
Experience with policy administration system implementations in the insurance domain.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools like JIRA.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with testing APIs and web services.
