    Position summary

    the local sales teams and channels to define a dynamic list of target accounts and agreement on upfront pursuit strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and setup for outbound activities and other pursuit strategies

    • Book and conduct initial meetings, events, phone calls and research on assigned target accounts to gather intelligence

    • Build prospect interest in the products and services offered by Siemens Digital Industries Software through web, social media, e-mail and primarily phone interaction

    • Use and enrich our databases (Salesforce) to develop accounts and opportunities

    • Systematically follow-up target account activities to develop qualified opportunities that produce an above average close rate

    • Understand and be part of the strategy setting for different industry segments and accounts

    • Grow existing accounts in new divisions and departments to uncover new business prospects

    Skills Required:

    • Fearless and resiliency in cold calling new account targets

    • Proven ability to open doors, and build relationships at all levels in an organization - Mainly C-level

    • Able to think creatively and apply new ideas to overcome objections and barriers

    • Works well on a team and has strong communication skills

    • Highly organized and can manage simultaneous opportunities

    • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce)

    • Ability to research and quickly translate information into action

    • Self-motivated and target driven

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • 1 - 3 years business development, inside sales and/or direct selling experience

    • Business or Engineering background is beneficial but not required

    • English proficiency

    • Spanish proficiency is beneficial but not required

    • Proficient in using CRM systems

    • Experience with selling software is beneficial

    Preferred Location: São Paulo, Brasil
