Sr. Director, Product Management

he product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to guide short-term execution and long-term innovation.

• • Ensure that the Siemens developer toolchain is strategically positioned to deliver on product strategy

• • Lead a cross functional team of Product Managers and UX designers

• • Define KPIs to measure developer productivity and guide internal platform development

• • Communicates developer tooling strategy to software engineering community, leadership and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• • BA in computer science, information systems, or related field.

• • At least 10 years' experience working as a software engineer

• • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle workflows and technologies.

• • Extensive experience building AI driven developer tools

• • Experience contributing to open-source projects and communities in the developer tooling space

• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
