    Calibre Design Solutions - Product Engineering Intern

    Join our team as a Calibre Design Product Engineering Intern in a full-time, hybrid role based in Wilsonville, OR. You will have the opportunity to work on product features and engineering quality enhancements alongside senior product engineers. As part of the product engineering team, you will have the chance to work directly on product features and support enhancements using AI that contribute to the industry-leading Calibre software suite. You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working with cutting-edge technologies and seasoned professionals. This role is a valuable opportunity for students who are eager to apply their technical knowledge and grow their expertise in a real-world setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of software components to create new, and enhance existing, products/tools.

    • Assist in the application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other heuristic methods for enhancing and testing these products.

    • Assist in the assessment and optimization of chatbot interoperability and quality of results.

    • Support and enhance the quality and capabilities of existing software.

    • Collaborate with a team of senior product engineers, software engineers, and product managers on various product development projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field.

    • Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Bash.

    • Familiar with the Unix/Linux environment.

    • Interest in learning about AI, machine learning, the semiconductor industry, and IC design.
