The primary operating objective of the Investor Relations (IR) program is to educate and update investors and analysts about the company to achieve a fair relative stock price. The program must accurately represent and reflect the company. The primary objective of the Communications program is to inform both internal and external audiences about the company, its strategy, and its relative position in the market. The primary objective of the travel program is to provide a safe and reasonable journey for business travelers while maintaining cost discipline. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct contact with investors and media, answering their questions and sending them materials. Report creation for VP of Investor Relations (IR) and Communications, IR team, Communications team, and certain executives. Calendar administration/negotiation with executive admins. Meeting planning and administration including contract negotiations. Website and mobile app content development and administration. Travel and attend large IR and Communications related meetings as well as certain travel conference. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree. Experience 3 years Communication, Financial Acumen, Negotiations, Organization, Relationship Building.
