BENEFITS INFORMATION: For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.com Job Summary: The Ethics & Compliance Analyst will work with the Ethics and Compliance Manger to help maintain, document, and enhance the Ethics program. Support the administration of the ethics case management system, including entering, closing and auditing cases. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform data analytics from the ethics line to identify, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps to improve performance, optimize results and identify trends. Create reports and presentations based on findings from data analysis Assist with administering and managing the Company’s Ethics Hotline Assist with compliance reviews and audits of the case management system Review allegations from the Ethics Hotline for proper intake and assignment; enter allegations via proxy when received outside of Ethics Hotline. Set up new user profiles and assign access to new users. Assist with Case Management and Disclosure training Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Preferred: Associates Degree Experience Required: 1-2 Years of experience in audit, data analytics or data management Experience Preferred: 4 Years of experience in Corporate Compliance Programs Technical Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and communication skills across various audiences. Attention to detail and ability to process, review and analyze information quickly. Possess integrity in handling confidential information. Ability to problem-solve and offer solutions.
