RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clerical support to Sales team to including copying, filing and faxing; greet visitors Answer multi-line phone; answer questions; accurately forward calls Enter accurate ship and check orders via Produce Pro; verify completed invoices have signature and stamp Prepare cash deposits for cash report Maintain cleanliness of sales office Assist with training new Crew Members Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of six (6) months professional work experience Proficiency with computer and MS Office applications Available to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends, and overtime when needed Experience Strong communication skills – verbal and written Possess excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills and listening skills Skills Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be familiar with shipping procedures ] Ability to multitask Minimum Required: Minimum of 18 years of age Proficient with 10 key calculator and keyboard Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. while climbing steps (using a hand cart) Comfortable handling and counting cash OVERVIEW: Sysco is the global leader in foodservice distribution.
