RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews and prioritizes marketing requests based on business objectives Defines project requirements and assign tasks in the project management system Maintains marketing production calendar, ensuring that dates/campaigns on the calendar are aligned with campaign information/deadlines in the project management system Manages changes to project scope, identifying potential issues and collaborating with the marketing team and internal/external stakeholders to develop contingency plans Monitors and enforces production deadlines, ensuring that projects are completed on time Communicates production delays and actions needed to meet deadlines Identifies production bottlenecks and makes recommendations for improvement Measures and reports on campaign production KPIs Leads weekly marketing and merchandising traffic meetings, communicating project requirements and deadlines to marketing and merchandising teams Manages the relationship with external printers and promotional products companies QUALIFICATIONS Education Undergraduate degree Experience 1-3 years of traffic or project management experience Strong attention to detail Superior organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Advertising agency experience 1-3 years of marketing experience Knowledge of creative workflow best practices Professional Skills Ability to prioritize work to meet assigned deadlines Ability to thrive in an iterative environment, reacting quickly and positively to feedback Ability to work independently and with a group on various on-going projects simultaneously Ability to write short correspondence Ability to accurately spell Ability to speak and write English in a clear, understandable manner Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with a diverse group of people Ability to work comfortably under pressure Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in both oral and written form Ability to act in an ethical, honest and professional manner at all times BENEFITS INFORMATION: For information on Sysco’s Benefits, please visit https://SyscoBenefits.com COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The pay range provided is not indicative of Sysco’s actual pay range but is merely algorithmic and provided for generalized comparison.
