Learn more by visiting https://www.guestworldwide.com Position Purpose: The Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for Earned Income agreements for all GWW (GS, MM, G&S) and to work with procurement holistically to engage and manage supplier contracts, negotiate rebates, and if needed collections. The individual with work closely with finance to ensure that all metrics and tracking is accurate for month end financial reviews. The second component of the role will be to support The GWW Supplier Compliance Program. The Vendor Compliance Analyst is expected to be a SME on the Compliance Program and is responsible for analyzing compliance performance, identifying problems, manipulating data to drive conclusions, and to be the liaison for the supplier engagements in rectifying monthly issues that may arise. The third component of the role will be to support the Director of Forecasting with the creation on various analytics, reporting, supporting various GWW entities, supporting the present Demand Planning System and implementation of future systems. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for updating, monitory, negotiating in concert with the buyer/planners Earned Income rebates, contract tracking, reporting, and liaison with finance to support monthly accruals, Supporting both the baseline and incremental opportunities. Proactively engage vendors who are lacking in specific performance areas and provide best practices and get-well strategies as well as track and all aspects of managing the monthly Supplier Compliance Scorecard. Work with cross functional depts. to ensure the process is working efficiently. Possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop solutions using quantitative skills; Deal with large, complex data sets to drive conclusions and make recommendations as well as streamline technical processes; Complete projects to optimize the compliance program accurately within the defined timeframe, ability to self-start with appropriate direction from Manager. Education: College degree in Business Administration required or equivalent years of experience Experience: 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in Purchasing Management/Environment. Knowledge and advanced experience in a Planning System/ERP system; Excel, Access, and other Microsoft products Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop individuals and teams.
