Job Description:
The TD Securities U.S. Regulatory Management & Remediation team is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of key regulatory initiatives for our US Wholesale business, building foundational capabilities across our teams and providing strategic oversight into remediation approach and execution.
The team partners closely with senior leaders across TDS, Risk, Legal, HR, Compliance and will work in close alignment with our TDGUS and CUSO operations and governance forums to ensure alignment with integrated remediation activities to our regulators.
The Analyst - Regulatory Management and Remediation Office.
This will involve:
Accountability for supporting the Executives and Senior Managers in end-to-end delivery across all business and technology aspects of the remediation.
Responsible for monitoring and documenting key delivery decisions.
Maintaining a central repository of data for accessing information and documentation
Building sustainable reporting decks for executive reports.
Building and maintain central dashboard for communication and marketing of the program.
Supporting Senior Managers to obtain requirements to analyze and turn into delivery execution.
Producing metrics / reporting on projects on a regular cadence, including ad hoc request / reporting as required.
Ensure and maintain transparency across the supported portfolio.
Provide analysis / options that are potential solutions that meet business objectives.
Managing resource plan, issues, risks and financial plans to support the roadmap and artifacts.
Staying energized, productive and focused in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change or strenuous demands.
Supporting Executives on scheduling and administration to ensure meetings are scheduled.
Demonstrated ability to consistently apply expert judgment with available information when proposing solutions/recommendations

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (including PDLC and TD Agile scaling frameworks)
Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and tools including Microsoft Project, JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of Wholesale Business and Operations.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Knowledge of audits and operational risk process and remediation
Ability to apply industry frameworks and techniques

Prior experience with delivering major regulatory programs and/or infrastructure implementations is an asset.
In-depth familiarity with market risk, valuation, data science or accounting concepts obtained through previous experience in a capital markets function.
High level understanding of financial products and models.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
University degree or equivalent
5 + years of relevant experience
PMI or PMP certification an asset
CFA or FRM designation an asset

Intermediates to high level understanding of financial products and models
Advanced in Excel data manipulation skills (ability to derive findings/conclusions from large datasets and trouble-shoot errors)
Superior organizational skills (must be able to identify and track project dependencies & blockers, ensure proper resolution of outstanding items, document meeting minutes and takeaways in a clear and concise manner)
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and obtain clarifications as necessary when discussing requirements

Depth & Scope:
Supports the Change Delivery Leadership/Management in managing a diverse range of stakeholders to meet program requirements and project objectives. Major stakeholders include:
Provides leadership to technology and business partners to turn requirements into delivery with analyses and recommendations for solutions that meet business objectives with in a timely and cost-effective manner
Provides timely updates on project status, analysis and findings to senior management and various stakeholders
Conducts ongoing oversight and review to ensure effective implementation of Change Delivery initiatives and risk reporting infrastructure through requirement building and stream planning
Provides support to management by leading stakeholder management activities and communication through stream deliverables
Provides direction and support to active stream deliverables through engagement with strategic partners
Provides broad range of admin support and coordination on project related activities/tasks for a project
Prepares project dashboards for various project meetings and Committees
Provides support in project financials, including monthly review of project charges, variance analysis, updating program forecasts into Enterprise project tool and other tasks that may require analysis and reporting at project/program level
Understands and manages cross-stream interdependencies
Assists the Program Delivery Lead with tracking project tasks, dependencies, and requirement gaps (ensuring traction and resolution on all items)
Identifies and escalates issues to the appropriate individual(s)/group(s) to ensure prompt attention/resolution
Ensures all infrastructure build activities are supported by adequate documentation
The Senior Analyst Project Delivery - TDS will support the end-to-end delivery of the project's deliverables involving high complexity and many cross-functional and stakeholder dependencies.
