As a team, we work to deliver value for our clients every day. www.td.com The position will be responsible for providing best-of-class service to clients of TD Securities and internal business partners by preparing and negotiating legal documentation with global counterparties for trading products focusing on prime brokerage agreements, repo/securities lending agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, related credit support documentation in addition to derivatives, foreign exchange and fixed income products. The position must ensure that the Bank is adequately protected from legal, risk, operational perspective in all of its trading documents including master agreements, amendments, assignments and other legal documentation between the Bank and its counterparties. The position will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the bank and be available to service the deal flow with tight deadlines from global desks.
