Job Details

Accountabilities

  • Leads/oversees a diverse team of IT professionals (Full Stack Development, TDD, BDD, Engineers, BSAs, Technology Project Managers, etc.,) and is the key interface with partners and key stakeholders in assessing scope, and planning and delivering the most optimal end-to-end technology solution/service
  • Architect, Design, Deliver, & operate TDS' Payments technology/assets with seamless integration across global markets, GTB and Enterprise payments within supporting business line and effectively manages resources / services as well as relevant costs to enable business strategy
  • Leads wires modernization and payments transformation program by engineering the modern RAIL agonistic modern payments ecosystem, ISO compliant modern payments platform with seamless integration across TDS technologies and Enterprise payments within supporting business lines. Knowledge of payments RAILs, channels, Open banking API integration, MT/ISO formats, and past successful wires modernization/payments modernization experience
  • Acts as the visionary, inventor with execution track record – Acts as a primary Technology liaison / relationship management partner by working closely with business management / leadership teams to define innovative and comprehensive IT solutions; ensures strategic planning, schedule management, scope, change / issues management, client communication and overall resourcing and financial costs are aligned between business and technology
  • Leads the development of the construct for our generic and extensible payments platform
  • Architect, design and deliver wide-ranging technology solutions including wires modernization strategy, confirmations, reconciliations and security issuance across all asset classes.
  • Responsible for project delivery for applications in scope, commissioning projects to be executed by assigned Project Managers
  • Partners with business in developing business cases, RFI/RFP, contracts, service level agreements, etc. consistent with business objectives and technology standards/architecture and responsible for managing applicable vendor relationships
  • Contributes to the assessment of the scope and risk of projects and provides input into development of project plans and roadmaps
  • Drive a culture of Innovation & agility to drive business goals
  • Build a diverse & and results focused talent pipeline and team of innovative and reliable technology professionals
