Position Overview

Executive Assistant, supporting various infrastructure leaders in London, including the Head of Operations, Europe Asia-Pacific. Providing administrative support to wider teams and providing EA coverage as required to other assistants within the bank.

• Complex diary management for executives

• Organizing and facilitating meetings

• Arranging all aspects of domestic and international travel for executives

• Processing and management of expense reports and invoices

• General administrative support to supporting teams i.e. Operations

• Team event co-ordination

• Maintaining private and confidential documents

Other

Desired experience/skillset:

• PA/EA experience in a busy office environment

• Excellent Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, Work, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Webex

• Communicate effectively with good judgment, initiative and proactiveness.

• Ability to pay high attention to detail whilst working in a fast past environment.

• Driven, focused, flexible and a team player
