Department Overview

The Digital Customer Success team is looking for a Senior Business Management Analyst to join our team! This team wakes up every day ensuring we deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our customers and colleagues. This team removes unnecessary customer effort and resolves digital irritants that cut across multiple consumer products and associated Lines of Business. The mandate requires a combination of operational activity and strategic thought leadership for Consumer Product and plays an important interface role to several AMCB customer and leadership forums.

Preferred Experience

• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience building analytical business cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Job Details

The Senior Business Management Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

• Considered a subject matter expert within a given area
• Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end

• Undergraduate degree
• 5 + years relevant experience
