    Position summary

    Position Overview

    This role will lead a team responsible and accountable for development, quality and reliability of end point engineering functions in support of IT infrastructure services. This role will drive business outcomes through expertise in management as well as through strong relationships, sideways management and cross functional influence. This role will create an environment that empowers the team to deliver at a high level of impact by building, organizing, and motivating well-balanced, diverse teams with a strong sense of belonging.

    Contributions may be made in other areas as needed.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define and evolve the roadmap for the End Point Engineering team that enables a great digital workplace experience for our colleagues. 
    • Define and evolve clear success metrics for the End Point Engineering team
    • Responsibilities to include but not limited to image creation, management, patching. This role will develop and enforce the foundational processes of the End Point Engineering, metrics, organization, tools, and ticket management ensuring end point devices run according to company compliance and security standards across devices to include but not limited to Windows Desktop, Chrome, and Android. 
    • Independently plan and execute work across multiple projects, stakeholders, and teams
    • Guide the teams to impactful results that are align to and progress strategic goals
    • Make informed decisions by consulting the right stakeholders and balancing details with the big picture
    • Think and articulate strategy over long time horizons. Think broadly and cross-functionally about areas outside of teams’/org’s primary responsibility
    • Ensure team is staffed appropriately and set up for success
    • Guide and grow team members
    • Set goals and objectives at the right altitude and hold the team accountable to them
    • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse and talented team with a broad range of experiences and strengths

    Job Requirements

    • 7+ years of related experience
    • 5+ years of management experience
    • Mentoring and training of colleagues
    • Servant leadership approach

    • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

    • Fingering and Repetitive motions, such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

    • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

    Incumbent is required to have:

    • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

    Incumbent will be subject to**:**

    • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
