Reporting to the Director, M&A, the Analyst will be part of a team that leads project and platform acquisition efforts in the US for utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage.
This role will provide a holistic view of deal origination, project and portfolio diligence and valuation, and transaction negotiation and execution. It will broaden the Associate’s network to a range of developers selling projects in the U.S. and provide the Associate exposure to AES Clean Energy’s investment opportunities that enable it to deliver and expand its industry-leading renewable energy solutions to decarbonize the power sector.
