AES Clean Energy (AES CE) is seeking a forward-thinking Project Manager, Product Training to join our growing organization. The Continuous Improvement department is the horizontal thread that ties together the vertical departments in operations to drive coordination, collaboration, communications, and efficiencies by applying system level processes and optimization to keep the full team focused and aligned. The CI team is also responsible for developing reporting infrastructure, metrics, and dashboards to enable proactive management of constraints and focus on increased throughput.
The Project Manager, Product Training is a role dedicated to supporting development and maintenance of a robust training program. In this position, you will support the administration, analysis, and ongoing development of our training initiatives.
