Using data analytics, statistical methods, and tools such as Workday, Excel, and Tableau, you'll contribute to the overall mission of the Compensation team to ensure Capital Group's competitiveness in the marketplace.

    • You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in compensation analysis, design, administration, and in a business partner or consulting role.

    • You're well experienced in guiding the business on compensation impacts and developing creative solutions on a variety of total compensation matters, including setting appropriate pay levels, base pay, and annual incentives.

    • You've worked in financial services or within large organizations.

    • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork are essential for success.

    • You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You're a generous collaborator. You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.

    • You're comfortable presenting complex research and analysis using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) and have extensive knowledge in Excel; you have experience using Power BI or Alteryx.

    • Your detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.

    • You have a continuous improvement mindset and look for ways to improve and streamline processes.

    • You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

    New York Base Salary Range: $139,498-$223,197

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
