As one of our Data Steward you will ensure data integrity and accuracy to enable teams to deliver business goals. You will partner with colleagues, sales and service team members, cross-functional teams, and Leadership to ensure proper data usage, dashboard development, evolution and maintenance of existing and new business processes, and adherence to best practices.

You will maintain integrity of investment and sales data, ensures accuracy, consistency, and comprehensiveness across inputs and actions data accordingly
You have experience auditing data from source systems before being externally published
You will be actively working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on territory and opportunity management, ensuring consistency across roles and responsibilities listed in the system.
You can produce and validate data and records for internal and external reporting
You will create ideal record structure across distribution channels for record-keeping lines of business
You have experience creating ad hoc and standard reports across functional groups
You will have had created dashboards for sales force and management
You will play a critical role as a subject matter expert to Insights and Analytics team
You will be responsible to conduct all systems training and creates job aids to ensure consistent execution of data process
You will be proficient in MS Excel
You will have a BA or BS degree
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $80,852-$129,363
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
