Primary responsibilities:
Envision and enact a learning and development strategic plan for the full lifecycle of an investor
Provide leadership for the Capital Associates Program (CAP), utilizing best practices within the early career and investor development space. Partner with the global investment group to develop CAP talent for future investment and leadership roles at the firm
Identify, prioritize, and evaluate key Learning and Development initiatives for Investors at Capital
Monitor and assess the overall effectiveness of the current learning and development programs, adjusting as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes
Manage a team that includes associates rotating through the early career program.

Desired experience:
Bachelor/Master's degree
Minimum of 10 years of progressive talent development experience
Early career program management experience
Minimum of 5 years working in the financial services industry, preferably with direct investor/research experience (buy or sell side)
Experience developing a learning and development strategy, influencing investors and leaders across the organization, and executing for measurable results
Skills/qualifications:

Southern California Base Salary Range: $217,648-$370,002
San Francisco Base Salary Range: $239,993-$407,988
New York Base Salary Range: $230,736-$392,251
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
