As one of our Document Management Project Analysts, you will identify and analyze business requirements regarding requests to create new documents and/or modify existing documents (e.g., forms, correspondence, job aids, literature descriptions). You will manage projects, including establishing timelines, determining scope, creating content, identifying and managing project risks and impediments while communicating with team members and stakeholders, and making recommendations and decisions. You will research and analyze the value of an idea, concept, request, or potential project, including defining the scope, objective, and baseline requirements. You will collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Product, Information Technology, website teams) to understand broader implications to the business and Capital Group. You will analyze data, workflow and consider best practices when gathering data from business contacts, internal systems and processes to determine the appropriate project direction.

• You can lead small to medium projects and have knowledge of industry standard processes, tools, and deliverables for project management including project tracking, and adherence to deadlines.

• You write/design documents and forms, considering intent of the message, ease of use by end user, internal guidelines, and external regulatory requirements. You create content that is appropriate to the audience, meets the needs of the requestor and conforms to brand standards.

• You identify and execute industry best practices and propose internal and external communication options (e.g., team time discussions, web content, correspondence) to stakeholders.

• You have demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.

• You govern with intellectual curiosity, analytical skills and sound judgement in resolving matters.
