Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience
You are an experienced IAM Engineer, with 7+ years of experience, familiar with engineering platform products for an enterprise audience.
You have working knowledge of the software development process as well as solutions design concepts related to security platforms and are passionate about improving the business and ITG user experience.
You have experience instituting or working within a formal product management practice.
You have strong communication and collaboration skills and can balance the needs of a customers and other stakeholders.
You have experience identifying and tracking key product metrics, gathering user feedback, and iterating on product features based on these inputs.
Proven experience in technical engineering and operations, both on-prem and in cloud platforms and Identity and Access Management solutions, including but not limited to: On-Prem and Cloud Authentication and Authorization solutions
Strong experience with Cloud based platforms, AWS AD, Azure AD, EntraID, on-prem private cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, identity proofing solutions as well as audit support
Excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in collaborating with diverse set of stakeholders.
Strong people management skills with ability to actively promote associate development, engagement and teamwork
Current experience as a technology lead/specialist in a security field of expertise
Southern California Base Salary Range: $166,551-$266,482
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $136,918-$219,069
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
