    Position summary

    te the entire account onboarding through account funding.

    • Builds rapport with clients and intermediaries, where applicable, to maintain a positive working relationship and fully leverage CRT/PCO teams.

    • Strategizes with PWA/CRT to establish a process/service model for addressing and improving the client onboarding experience.

    • Communicates with clients and advisors on various account and/or transactional processes and oversees client onboarding materials.

    • Coordinates with internal and external teams to on-board new and existing client relationships (information collection, documentation and approval compilation, open and fund accounts).

    • Provides subject matter expertise to team/department.

    • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

    • You demonstrate the ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner.

    • You take initiative by identifying and recommending solutions.

    • You demonstrate the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships within Capital.

    • You have effective written and oral communications skills with team members, managers, wealth advisors and end clients

    • You have sound judgment in resolving matters of complexity.

    • You demonstrate effective and professional service orientation and builds appropriate rapport with internal and external contacts.

    • You apply comprehensive knowledge of the account onboarding and funding process, including standard and complex account types.

    • You demonstrate the ability to influence others.

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
