    Position summary

    velopment and launch initiatives aligned to strategic business plans. You will lead efforts to develop and analyze options to solve strategic business problems as it relates to product launches, and partner with stakeholders to recommend appropriate approaches for solving business challenges and ensuring alignment with global product priorities. You will develop subject matter expertise in detailed end to end product launch processes and requirements and understand the impacts to the various enterprise teams. You will continually look for ways to scale product launch capabilities, identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and will contribute to the development of GPSD's launch and delivery center of excellence.

    • You have a minimum of seven years of project management experience with a track record of successful execution of assigned projects to deliver business outcomes based on key drivers (i.e., time, budget, resources, scope)

    • Experience working in the asset management industry ( e.g., mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, collective investment trusts, private funds) and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles would be strongly preferred for this role

    • You have experience working with product development, product planning and/or product launch leading successful business or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment

    • You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You've fine-tuned your communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders including executive-level stakeholders

    • You've partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change

    • You've had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work

    • When developing and executing a plan, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints with a continuous improvement mindset

    • You thrive on challenges and enjoy partnering with others to achieve meaningful results

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
