As a Site Services and Operations (SS&O) Manager , you will be a key member of the Offices Services team. In this role, you will work as an on-site manager responsible for daily operations and site services of a large site. You will consistently apply organizational policies, guidelines, and business objectives to effectively resolve issues, steward the physical environment, and manage services and their impact on CG culture, core values and core businesses. You will also lead, manage, and oversee the performance and development of a team of associates.

• You have successfully managed the planning, service, operation and delivery of one or more of the following areas: Facility maintenance, Visitor Services, Health and Safety, Associate Services, Food Service Operations, local site planning, Space Planning and move coordination, Real Estate management.

• You are natural problem solver and can provide guidance on operational issues, technical questions, business processes and management concerns.

• You are a strong collaborator and can build relationships with senior management to establish standards and guidelines for the services performed by Office Services.

• You are always striving to improve and proactively reviewing your team's processes and work product for consistency, to identify risk, assure best practices and ensure alignment with current business needs.

• You are thoughtful consultant with site leadership to assess, recommend, and respond to urgent and/or highly visible business events as needed.

• You have built a career with the ability to lead and manage projects within the team and across departments providing effective communication with associates across a wide variety of roles and provide situational coaching.
