• You have advanced knowledge of securities, financials markets, and valuation techniques (https://e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, spread pricing, etc.).

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; are able to analyze company financial statements, assess company, industry or market news and its impact on fair value.

• You have the ability to utilize quantitative and financial techniques to arrive at independent fair valuations on a diverse range of companies.

• You have an understanding of SEC rules 2a-5, 22e-4, and AICPA valuation guidance.

• You have the ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) complex ideas, processes, and situations to various audiences including, senior business leaders, investment analysts, portfolio managers, and oversight committees.

• You have strong team leadership experience including managing day-to-day workloads, issue resolution, conflict resolution, coaching/mentoring, development, and leading and managing change.

• You can work in ambiguous and highly complex situations, create clarity, demonstrate sound judgement, and drive towards effective outcomes.

• You work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a very time sensitive environment.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $99,025-$158,440

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $83,553-$133,685

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
