    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct support to New Business and Renewal Account Managers by processing transactions including endorsements, cancellations, invoicing and other policy request

    • Solicit information from brokers, agents and small business owners by email and/or phone to assist in the issuance of renewal and new business policies

    • Respond effectively and promptly to internal and external requests for information and competently prepares documents, policy information and files

    • Manage incoming personal and team email boxes using superior multi-tasking and priority setting skills

    • Responsible for consistently demonstrating follow-through and proper documentation of customer accounts

    • Serves as a technical resource, coach and trainer

    • Master new automation tools as they become available

    • Consistently exceeds quality and production objectives

    Qualifications:

    • Detail oriented and consistently demonstrates follow-through

    • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills

    • Critical thinking skills and ability to understand big picture

    • Demonstrates both breadth and depth in knowledge of functions and processes in their given area; regarded as an expert and the “go to” person in their given area

    • Consistently demonstrates a high level of energy, flexibility, and resilience in handling high volumes; demonstrates superior multi-tasking and priority setting

    • Takes initiative to increase expertise and to learn new skills and continually seeks self-development opportunities

    This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office in San Antonio TX, Charlotte NC, Clinton NY, Hartford CT or Scottsdale AZ, 3 days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).

    Compensation

    The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

    $40,685 - $61,027
