The Hartford's Performance Analytics Organization is seeking a Data Engineer. We are seeking a talented professional with a proven track record of engineering and operationalizing a next generation analytics solution suite using Cloud (AWS) and Big Data Technologies. Our ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to support advanced analytics support for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines and Claims Operations. This Data Engineer will work directly with business operations to transform the customer experience and reduce the cost of contact center operations.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of customer journey, propensity and intent analytics which will leading to desirable outcomes with superior customer experience.
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
