Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally with business units, Risk, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure strategies and services align with organizational needs.
Present to clients during due diligence visits and provide consultative guidance on technology and cyber controls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required and/or relative years' experience
People management experience required
5-10 years of experience within the financial services industry strongly preferred
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to address technical investment-oriented detail in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Experience with AV technology for MS Teams conference room enablement.
Experience managing end-user support processes and resources.
AWS architectural knowledge and cloud governance expertise.
Strong cybersecurity experience, including incident response and security assessments.
Ability to form and maintain strategic relationships across the organization and with vendors.
Proven record of accomplishment of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in a metrics-driven environment.
Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
$160,000 - $200,000
