Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading two Scrum teams to implement AWS Data Management solutions.
Serve as a liaison for his/her Scrum teams with all the project stakeholders.
Work with product managers and development teams to assure requirements are captured and recorded using the appropriate agile methodology, such as Scrum, Kanban
Develop a deep knowledge of all aspects of the project, helps define priorities and effectively manages planning, execution, and monitoring to successful conclusion.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives.
Manage and effectively deliver features committed to for the Release Train.
Support Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog.
Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams productive.
Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams
Provide metrics and status to leadership, program manager and project sponsors
Support/Collaborate with team members to implement Agile/Scrum best practices
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions.
Diligently prepare and collate project progress/status, issues & risks.
Meticulously track action items and drive them to closure.
Perform development capacity planning and helping in release scheduling.
Actively manage project risks and issues.
Initiate, builds, and maintain good relationships with IT and business management to help facilitate effective completion of project work.
Prepare project status reports, burndown, and keep management, project sponsors and project stakeholders informed of project status and related issues.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
