Join a fast-paced and talented team to deliver Actuarial Data capabilities. The Hartford’s Commercial and Personal business segment is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Data Analyst. You will have an opportunity to engage in enabling well architected cloud-based data solutions using emerging technologies such as AWS and Snowflake.
Drive data analysis and outcomes, produce source to target mapping, inclusive of business rules management for solution build
Take ownership with delivering timely business requirements for build team and/or business stakeholders
Take ownership in prioritizing the work with your Agile Product Manager
Mentor and coach junior analysts with business data analysis practices
Proactively manage the end-to-end business data analysis deliverables to successful business outcomes
Continuously learn and adopt new industry trends to evolve current business analysis practices
Strong facilitation capabilities working across peers, teams, business stakeholders and the larger organization to drive successful outcomes
Clearly give and receive information, requirements and specifications (facts, ideas, perspectives) through verbal, written and presentation communication methods
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
