Accountabilities
Drive the adoption of key digital tools and capabilities across all global marketing teams.
Lead transformation workstreams, partnering with Digital and Marketing stakeholders, to drive continuous improvement in automated chat.
Analyze platform data sets, transcripts and reporting to maintain forward momentum and inform evolution of marketing use cases.
Identify and respond to behavioral triggers that maximize visitor engagement, foster self-service and support BDR/MDR goals.
Serve as the capability champion applying deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with enterprise stakeholders.
Develop/deploy personalized outbound programs that compel prospects and customers to buy a new solution, buy a higher-end solution, buy related solution or renew current solution
Support marketing leadership in sponsoring growth efforts, including business case preparation, goals/OKRs, project narratives and advocating for marketing priorities in the broader digital team.
Key deliverables
Measurable marketing contribution to sales, revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate tangible business impact and growth.
Influence a fantastic brand experience leveraging technology to build automated, seamless end-to-end customer journeys considering design, brand, tone, content, flows, interactions, tracking and reporting.
Create, analyze, and optimize experiences designed to better engage and convert leads and customers working closely with marketing effectiveness, digital, web ops, campaign planning and global centers of excellence (COE).
Contribute to reporting cadences that inform and report ongoing results to key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Ability to create and evolve concepts in a collaborative environment through team and stakeholder reviews.
Enthusiasm for co-creating strategies and experiences that leverage AI, optimize the customer experience and maximize business outcomes.
Positive, proactive, self-starter with a transformational mindset, solid project management skills and a knack for storytelling.
Intermediate proficiency of digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation.
Exposure to marketing technologies; online chat and/or in-product messaging platforms (preferred)
An eagerness to navigate, leverage and collaborate within a matrixed, global organization
