Business Operations Analyst

Execute renewal procedures and support businesses in Latin America to implement their renewal strategies in our SAP and SFDC systems. Ensuring renewal routines by interacting with partner teams such as Pricing, Finance, Order Processing, Materials, Sales/Renewals.

Activities:

Renewal process in SAP: Analyze eligible subscriptions to generate renewal quote in SAP with corresponding internal control for all Latam sales organizations. Generate the renewal quotes according to the calendar for all Latam sales organizations

Quality Controls: Carry out the quality controls determined to maintain the quality of the process and the strategy of each business.

Validation of quotes in SFDC: Ensure that quotes are loaded into SFDC with the same configuration and information in which they were generated in SAP. Perform quality control and, if necessary, make corrections with the support of the support team in India.

Support: Support business areas and users of partner teams.

Tickets: Open, track and analyze tickets relevant to the renewal process in which we ask for help to correct the process

Product structures: Understand the structures of all the products in the Region and guarantee their correct operation in all processes.

Critical knowledge and skills:
Knowledge in sales and renewal process Minimum of 3 years of experience

+2 years experience working with the support of multiple countries in Latam
Strong analytical and communication skills
Sales Operations and/or Financial experience is desired

English and Spanish
