Experience in back-office assisting technical areas (Products, Requirements or QA) or contracts and proposal (Deal Desk);
It is essential to have good written communication, which is clear to interact with internal and external customers;
The person must have a sense of urgency, list priorities and time management; Position dedicated to generating and maintaining licenses for all portfolios; Support in understanding the products to provide flow on all fronts, including licensing support demands (GTAX, Zendesk and other);
Professional with experience in process improvements and also process management and documentation;
